Can I request a different duration or a tentative venue?
Yes. Enter your requested hours and a tentative venue, neighborhood or Houston-area city. Durations other than three hours require a custom quote; no additional-hour rate or proration is applied here.
What can I add to the Santa experience?
Choose custom photo holders, a three-hour 360 experience, PA plus a wireless microphone, or a social-content reel. The 24-hour reel turnaround option requires the reel. PA and microphone equipment does not include a DJ or MC; Mrs. Claus is not included in the package.
Does sending the request book my date or take a deposit?
No. Check availability sends your event details and selections to ROCO for review. ROCO confirms availability and scope, then provides a quote and appropriate deposit instructions after terms are agreed. The 20% deposit shown here is an estimate; no payment is taken.
Are the fee, tax and downloadable PDF final?
The estimate includes a 3% booking fee and an 8.25% Houston tax estimate, subject to final location and service confirmation. The PDF records your current selection and estimate; it is a separate download, not a confirmed booking or an automatically emailed quote.
What event details should I have ready before I inquire?
Share your preferred date, requested hours and venue or tentative Houston-area location, along with your name, email and phone. Include the options you are considering. If the setup is outdoors or the venue is not yet booked, make that clear so ROCO can review the open details with you.
How are print quantities and custom photo holders decided?
The three-hour base includes 4×6 prints; the quantity and handoff arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Custom photo holders are a separate optional addition. Design and quantities require confirmation—there is no unlimited-print or unlimited-holder promise on this page.
Can we use our venue’s holiday backdrop or plan outdoor portraits?
Include the proposed setting in your request. ROCO and the venue need to review the photo area, guest flow, suitable power and any outdoor weather alternative. A venue-provided backdrop or tree setting is a detail to confirm, not an automatically approved setup.
Does the sound option include music hosting or a DJ?
No. The PA plus wireless microphone option is sound equipment; a DJ or MC is not included. If your gathering needs hosted programming, music or other entertainment, discuss that separately so the quote reflects the actual scope.
Will every Santa performer and setup look exactly like these photos?
The photographs show ROCO’s past holiday portfolio. Your Santa performer and setup are subject to availability and agreed scope. Mrs. Claus is not included in the Santa package. ROCO confirms the details for your event rather than promising an exact reproduction of a past scene.
